The newest release of InfoSpace drive 1.5 supports direct
communications between InfoSpace and general applications
besides the WIndows explorer, and enhances the synchronization
during multiple instance browsing. InfoSpace drive 1.5 can be
downloaded here (a .zip file). The evaluation version limits the
maximum hierarchical directory level without sending you any
spam email or installing any kind of spywares to your computer.
The new and enhanced features in InfoSpace drive 1.5 are:
- Support the creation of shell links to InfoSpace folders and
files through the drag-and-drop operations performed by
the mouse's right button. The created shell links can be
stored anywhere in the file system, and can be used to
directly access the pointed InfoSapce items.
- Support the direct communication between InfoSpace drive
and general Windows applications (Notepad, MSWord, etc.)
through normal drag-and-drop operations.
- Enhance the synchronization between multiple instances of
Windows Explorers browsing InfoSpace at the same time.
- Improve the rename editing operation.
- Stabilize the functionalities.
